GOD SEE’S YOUR HEART!
Too many Christian people are NOT spending enough time on their heart! When your heart and your physical body or actions aint right your messed up. Your actions are NOT lining up to GOD’s
1st Samual 16:7
7 But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
There are a lot of Christians doing a lot of things, God wants us involved in ministry and doing his work but Christians are not giving or serving faithfully from the heart. Our hearts should be motivated by how pure God’s heart is. The reason Christians live in wicked heart contentment is because their to busy comparing themselves among themselves.
You have to admit you’re NOT pure!
- I’m NOT Pure
- GOD is pure
- I CAN be pure (with the help of the Holy Ghost)
It begins with a sincere inside, it starts with Spiritual influence. You can’t always judge a book by its cover. Do you know that not every dressed up Christian has a pure heart? If they are pure they would look right, sincere insides are factually genuine. Just because you say “I Love the Lord” does not mean you do. God wants a sincere heart; God wants a heart that is more intenet on integrity than it is on image.
Ask yourself these questions….
- 1. ”Is your heart pure?”
- 2. Are you inside what you try to make people think on the outside?
- 3. Are you in heart with the words you speak?
- 4. Do you practice what you preach from a true heart?
A sincere heart is factually GENUINE! Downright REAL!
There are Christians who are nowhere close to what they testify.They appear to speak truth and testify but are far from it and most of the time you will see that by their actions. They will testify the love you but do the opposite and are against you, though they fail to realize that they are the only one’s who are hurting themselves and God see’s that, they are not pure at heart. They are filled with hypocrisy and devious which is against God and which is phony. Hypocrisy often involves the deception of others and thus can be considered a kind of lie. You can not be a happy Christian and do NOT practice what you preach, because that is fake. You cannot take advantage of those Christians that are Pure in Heart. You can be smiling on the outside but you cannot be happy. We have to stop concentrating on what we do on the outside and neglect on what God does on the inside! You can not heal broken heartedness when you hear from an outside person of the church what an inside person who is pure in heart is practicing.
Holiness is GOD working inside of you! Ministry or serving Christ is the work of the Christian but holiness is the work of God in the Christian that produces Christian work! A pure heart catches God. Most people trying to look for God in sin, God understands every motive behind every thought. We don’t even know our own motives at times, but to God every secret is laid bare. So, when God makes a judgment about someone, that judgment is completely true and fair. God said that man judges by the outward appearance- the looks, money, charisma, talents.
When you go through mess and stress and your heart is not pure you see everything in everybody else but what GOD wants you to see. You see everyone else’s faults but your own; you fail to see real truth that comes from GOD. Remember GOD uses people who have pure hearts to send others messages from God that they fail to see themselves. Though too many Christians are too selfish and prideful within themselves because their hearts are not pure or their hearts are not right with God which is a sin to see and realize Godly truth. You have noted mentally all those that mistreated you, you also may believe those that did speak Godly truth to you that you failed to listen to have mistreated you or everybody that failed you. God is saying have you ever thought about putting your list down and looking at me?
God is saying to you…GET YOUR HEART RIGHT.
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry.
Actions done with good motives are pleasing to God; A Christian with a pure heart that matches their actions is pleasing to God. I would much rather have a pure heart and a close relationship with God, read my Bible daily and be criticized for not doing things that other people think the “perfect Christian” should do than be someone who falls into the trap of doing all the right “motions” and has bitterness, anger, and unforgiveness in their heart.
“Man looks on the outward appearance, but God sees the PURE Heart.” Take GOD seriously! He see’s your heart!
Does your heart match your actions? Take a look at yourself before looking at others.
GOD wants you! He want you Pure and Holy and to serve him with a Pure heart and serve in his Kingdom with a Pure heart!
